Optional follow-up
Spontaneous-intrusion follow-up
Record how often the same target image appears unexpectedly. Do not deliberately bring the image back to test whether the earlier exercise “worked.”
The first 7 days capture near-term recurrence. A separate optional week-5 window (days 29–35 after the session) is included because a recent clinical trial used an intrusion diary during week 5 as its primary outcome. This Lab is not reproducing that trial and does not claim these windows are clinically diagnostic.
This tracker stores a random session ID, dates, task mode if available, and counts you enter. It does not ask for or store the content or private label of the image. Browser-local data can still be sensitive and can be erased below.

Your follow-up windows
Enter the number of times the target visual image appeared spontaneously on a given day. A best estimate is fine. Leave missed days blank rather than repeatedly reconstructing them. If you enter or change a count later, the browser records the UTC timestamp, local calendar date, and local UTC offset at entry time in the detailed/debugging data so same-day and backfilled entries can be distinguished more explicitly.

Future dates stay disabled until they arrive. This helps keep the diary prospective rather than turning it into repeated retrospective checking.

JSON includes the random per-run session ID, task mode if available, diary dates and counts, entry timestamps, local entry dates and UTC offsets, and whether an entry was made that day or filled in later. It never includes the private image label or a stable user identifier, and the file is not uploaded.
